With Statistics report, you can see how many Record IDs and cases, and consultations have been opened or closed throughout a specific time:
- Here you will see a count of Records with the earliest case open date within the start / end dates (inclusive), regardless of whether or not the Case is still open. The count of Closed Records indicates the number of Records with every Case closed, with the latest closed date falling within the start / end dates (inclusive).
- Here you will see how many Cases have been opened or closed within the start/end dates. This count may be greater than the count in Created Records if you have multiple Cases per Record.
- Cases created by Type will consider the full amount of cases opened within the start / end dates (inclusive), and will sort them by type.
- Cases open by Type shows a count of cases, by type, opened and not closed within the start / end dates (inclusive).
