Innovation Law Lab has engaged repeatedly in the rulemaking process to oppose proposed regulations that attack the right to asylum, limit work authorization for asylum-seeking immigrants, undermine the integrity of due process and immigration court adjudication, and otherwise obstruct legal service provision. Our comments seek to highlight the unlawfulness of these proposals while also making their harmful impacts clear.
