After a Preliminary Injunction was granted on our MJMA case, which enjoined DHS to perform warrantless arrests without complying with the law and outlined the elements they would need to show they are in compliance with the order and regulations, the government moved to appeal the order before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
