Innovation Law Lab filed an emergency motion before the U.S. District Court of Oregon to prevent the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from transporting members of the central Oregon community outside of the District Court’s jurisdiction after hundreds gathered to protest ICE arrests and block the unmarked vehicles from leaving Bend.
