Adding new parties to a case

To add a new party to a case, go to Interview by clicking on the edit option on the Record View. Or click on the + sign in the party icon on the Case Register:

In Interview, click on the green tab to add a party:

Click Create Party to add a new Party to the case. If there is already more than one party in the Record ID, they will be displayed in a list as linkable parties for future cases in the same record:

Note: Your new party must have all required fields completed in order to be saved: Name, Last name, Gender and Date of Birth.

Unlinking a party from one case or deleting a party from a Record is only available to Administrators or those with the Delete role.
