Isa Peña.

Isa Peña is the Director of Strategy at Innovation Law Lab. Isa has been a long-time organizer and leader in the immigrant justice movement in Oregon and formerly worked as the Interim Executive Director of Causa. Isa is a daughter of immigrant Oregonians and leverages her strengths and skills in relationship building and policy advocacy to help advance immigrant justice and policy. She is a member of the Oregon Worker Relief Executive Committee and one of the Tri-Chairs for Oregon for All. Isa is a Justice Fellow as a part of Seeding Justice’s fellowship program which supports community organizers who have demonstrated radical love, resistance, and resilience in their work towards justice and a 2025 recipient of the Aguila Award given by Latino Network to individuals for their contributions to the Latine community.
