Cameron Madill is the founder and former CEO of PixelSpoke, a successful B Corp that he sold to his team in 2019 in an innovative employee cooperative model (one of less than 1,000 in the U.S.) which led to him realizing that his true passion is helping people build strong relationships. He has since conducted original research with over 600 individuals to understand how thriving relationships drive both personal wellbeing and sustainable success. He holds a graduate degree in positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and has trained in Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
