Mariela de Jesus.

Born in Mexico City to immigrant parents, I moved to Portland at the age of 13 and quickly found my place in community work. Growing up, I was always drawn to the world of law and advocacy, driven by a desire to support and uplift others. I earned my degree in Business Administration and became a Notary in the state of Oregon, continuing my commitment to serving my community with integrity and care.

Today, I am pursuing my accreditation as an Accredited Representative, strengthening my ability to advocate for immigrant families. My work—and my passion—is centered on the ongoing fight for immigration rights, ensuring that others have the opportunity, support, and dignity they deserve
