Ulises Santillano-Tlaseca.

Ulises graduated from Washington State University-Vancouver in 2022 with his bachelor's in public affairs. Ulises worked as a legal assistant at Immigrant Law Group LLC for immigration attorneys Stephen Manning & Shizuko Hashimoto before transitioning to the Innovation Law Lab. In his role at Immigrant Law Group LLC he worked with members of the immigrant community and had opportunities to work on several cases that include: DACA, work permits, U & T visas, asylum, adjustments of status, citizenship and many other forms of  immigration benefits. At the Innovation Law Lab he continues to contribute on legal case work, as well as providing logistics for Oregon Worker Relief's several funds that are available to immigrant Oregonians who've been excluded from traditional forms of support. His parents immigrated to the United States from Mexico and are his support, reason, and motivation for what he does.
