Statement from Innovation Law Lab on the Presidential Election Results

As the results of this election settle, we are confronted with the difficult reality that a Trump administration will mean renewed and intensified challenges for our immigrant community. This outcome brings grave concerns for the rights, safety, and dignity of immigrants and refugees across the country, and we know that many in our communities feel a deep sense of fear and uncertainty about what lies ahead.

In the face of this adversity, however, we must remember the power of solidarity. Now more than ever, we are called to come together, to unite in resilience, defiance, and commitment to justice. Innovation Law Lab will continue standing with immigrant communities, whose strength and courage have always been a beacon of hope and a driving force for change. We remain deeply inspired by every individual who refuses to be silenced, every family fighting to stay together, and every community that stands in defense of human dignity.

Together, alongside advocates, allies, and impacted individuals, we will push back against every policy, action, and rhetoric that seeks to undermine immigrant rights. We believe in a future where all people can live freely, safely, and with dignity. No administration can diminish our determination, nor can it extinguish our shared vision of a just and compassionate society.

The road ahead may be steep, but united, we are unstoppable.
