What Is the Justice Bus?
The Justice Bus is a fully self-contained, staffed mobile law office operated by Innovation Law Lab. It delivers on-site immigration legal services directly to communities across Oregon, expanding access to justice for immigrants who face barriers to traditional legal representation. The Justice Bus is integrated into Equity Corps of Oregon, the state’s universal representation system.

• Know Your Rights presentations
• Immigration legal screenings and consultations
• Removal defense intake and referrals
• Rapid-response legal support following ICE activity
• Community legal clinics and outreach events
Who Can Request a Visit
Community-based organizations, worker centers, faith-based organizations, advocacy coalitions, labor organizations, and public institutions. Priority is given to underserved and rural communities.
Host Organization Requirements
Provide a safe and accessible parking location, confidential meeting space, restroom access, community outreach support, assistance with scheduling or client sign-ups, and an on-site point of contact.
What Innovation Law Lab Provides
A fully equipped mobile law office, trained legal staff and volunteers, intake systems, confidentiality protections, and post-event follow-up when appropriate.
