Law Lab goes to court to defend the rights of immigrants and refugees and promote freedom and democracy. We do impact human rights litigation, manage a habeas project for Oregonians unlawfully detained by ICE, provide rapid response services for Oregon’s immigrant defense network and on-site, on-demand services through the Justice Bus. Our No Detention Oregon project combines law and analysis to build transparency around efforts to build detention centers in Oregon so that the community knows and can oppose them.
